Sous Chef & Pâtissier
Kellie came to the Holy City from Akron, Ohio in 2014, to pursue her Baking & Pastry degree at the Art Institute of Charleston. Her passion for the culinary arts started at a young age and she finds she is happiest in the kitchen. Before making her way to Wild Thyme Catering she worked for Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms. Mastering baking and pastries gave her an eye for the intricate detail in garde manger. In her current role she’s excited to use her creativity to develop new menu ideas. In her free time she likes to spend time with her fur babies Molly and Jax, along with her husband Aaron. She enjoys going to the James Island Park and go on walks with her dog. She also enjoys staying home and cooking for family and friends.
